I'd like to escape.  But to where should I want to escape?  I hope one day I can have the peace that I felt on those days of freedom from society.  But society is everywhere and always.  It consumes me, and I consume it.  Together, we help consume this beautiful earth. 

The Crystal Gazer


I shall gather myself into my self again,
I shall take my scattered selves and make them one.

My grandfather said he had prize winning hollyhocks, so I wanted to get a good picture of these since they were even taller than his.  I would say some of these were at least 10 feet tall!

I stopped at the Hereford Inlet Lighthouse in North Wildwood, New Jersey, when I took a vacation to the east coast in June of '06 with a friend of mine.  She took this photo, so I won't take credit for it.  I think it's a lovely shot, but it should be because she has a fang dancy camera.

I love photos.  So many of my memories are enhanced by the photos that I have.  There are countless childhood memories that I would not have if not for all of the pictures that my parents took.  Thank goodness my dad was a camera fan!
